Stephen L. Fortner assists high net worth individuals and business owners with financial planning.  He excels at conducting client financial needs analysis, determining their budgets, goals and priorities, and recommending appropriate investment vehicles, as well as estate and retirement planning, college fund planning, insurance coverage and portfolio management strategies.  He provides a viable liaison by coordinating with diverse disciplines such as accountants and attorneys to strengthen his clients financially. 

Steve holds Series 6,7,22 and 63 together with health and life insurance licensure.  He stays on the "cutting edge" of the industry through continuing education requirements as well as avid readership of business and industry oriented books and publications.  

Steve completed his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1971 and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from UNO in 1976.  He received his Specialist in Education and Superintendent's Certificate in 1978 at the university of Nebraska at Lincoln.  He completed his coursework at UNL for his Doctorate in Education in 1982.

Wynn is known for his strong analytical skills combined with prudent standards of practice in building his clients' wealth and in planning for all possible contingencies.  He is well connected in the community, coordinating with other professionals such as attorneys and accountants in order to protect and increase his clients' assets. Wynn started in the investment industry in 1993 after completing his academic preparation. 

Wynn was awarded his Baccalaureate Degree in Finance in 1992 from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, after which he completed his licensure for Series 7,24 and 63 as well as health and life insurance sales.  He continues to maintain professional currency through ongoing professional education and is an avid consumer of investment industry oriented books and periodicals.
